Pause for a moment: Your life consists of a set of routines, but are they leading you to where you want to be? Be honest.

Now answer this: What are your dreams and desires? Do they fit God's reality as defined in the Bible? What are those imaginings that, if fulfilled, would make a big difference in your life and the lives of others?

Isn't it time to break from your routines and bring your vision to life? Perhaps you have some entrepreneurial ideas
for creating a new business, starting a humanitarian organization, or launching a new initiative at your church?

You, an entrepreneur? Well yes.

Does your vision originate from God? Does it fit within his reality?" Perhaps you have an inspiration to start a new humanitarian organization or a new ministry? What is your entrepreneurial vision?

Picture
For an entrepreneur, having a vision is the starting point, as it leads to a plan that launches the entrepreneurial endeavor. But before you answer the question of what your vision is, make sure you fully understand what we mean when using the word “vision”.

We live in a world where most people are so busy following their routines that they never have time to think about what they truly want to achieve in life. Media and the internet fill our lives. We don't often have time to think. Now I'm going to ask you a few questions. Spend time reflecting on each one.

1. What would your ideal day look like? Imagine it from the moment you get up to the moment you go to bed. (You might come up with several examples of ideal days. That's okay.) Think of how you would use our abilities during those days. You have God-given gifts. What are they? We have the most fulfillment when those gifts are being used.

2. What would make a big difference in your life and the lives of others?

3. What is the one thing that you would like to focus on, to change, to make happen? The one most important thing!

4. What is your vision? Does it fit God's reality as defined in the Bible?

5. Most importantly, what is God's vision for your life? The best vision is one that is God given, not one that originates only from yourself.

Spend a day or more reflecting on each of these questions. Think deeply about them. Write them down.

In the Bible it says that without a vision people perish. I understand that. Without having something that motivates us and drives us on, we are almost like the walking dead.

Why don't you post your ideal day or your vision somewhere where you can see it?

If you want to pursue your vision, why not take a look at the Study Guides on this website. They have questions to help you move forward.
